Change Is Prior to Form
Why I stopped trusting nouns.
I used to trust nouns. A chair, a self, a finished thing. But the chair is erosion slowed to furniture; the self is a stream that holds its shape long enough to say I.
Change is not something that happens to things. Things are what change looks like when it slows down enough to be named. The river does not flow: flowing is what “river” means.
This is where everything here begins: not with what is, but with what is becoming.
